Go do, you'll know how to, Just let yourself, fall into landslide

Currently on repeat: Jonsi's Go album

You always know how to carve a smile on my face. A genuine one.
Well thank you, Jonsi.

You never really can fix my heart.

Currently on repeat: Demi Lovato's Fix a Heart

It's probably what's best for you
I only want the best for you
And if I'm not the best, then you're stuck

I try to sever ties and I,
Ended up with wounds to bind
Like you're pouring salt in my cuts

And I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can't bandage the damage,
You never really can fix a heart

Even though I know what's wrong,
How can I be so sure
If you never say what you feel, feel?

I must have held your hand so tight,
You didn't have the will to fight
I guess you needed more time to heal

Baby I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can't bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart

You must be a miracle walker,
Swearin' up and down,
You can't fix what's been broken, yeah
Please don't get my hopes up, no no
Baby, tell me how could you,
Be so cruel?

It's like you're pouring salt on my cuts

Baby, I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start
'Cause you can't bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart
Baby, I just ran out of band-aids
I don't even know where to start

'Cause you can't bandage the damage
You never really can fix a heart
Oh no no no no
You never really can fix a heart
Oh no no no no
You never really can fix heart

You never really can fix my heart

I got lost in this old world and forgot who I am

Currently on repeat: Miranda Lambert's The House that Built Me

I know they say you can’t go home again
I just had to come back one last time
Ma’am I know you don’t know me from Adam
But these handprints on the front steps are mine

Up those stairs in that little back bedroom
Is where I did my homework and I learned to play guitar
I bet you didn’t know under that live oak
My favorite dog is buried in the yard

I thought if I could touch this place or feel it
This brokenness inside me might start healing
Out here it’s like I’m someone else
I thought that maybe I could find myself

If I could just come in I swear I’ll leave
Won’t take nothing but a memory
From the house that built me

Mama cut out pictures of houses for years
From Better Homes and Gardens magazine
Plans were drawn and concrete poured
Nail by nail and board by board
Daddy gave life to mama’s dream

I thought if I could touch this place or feel it
This brokenness inside me might start healing
Out here it’s like I’m someone else
I thought that maybe I could find myself

If I could just come in I swear I’ll leave
Won’t take nothing but a memory
From the house that built me

You leave home and you move on and you do the best you can
I got lost in this old world and forgot who I am

I thought if I could touch this place or feel it
This brokenness inside me might start healing
Out here it’s like I’m someone else
I thought that maybe I could find myself

If I could walk around I swear I’ll leave
Won’t take nothing but a memory
From the house that built me

Cause you're amazing, just the way you are.

Currently on repeat: Bruno Mars' Just The Way You Are

Haha finally I'm in this Bruno Mars hype. Well just this song, haven't heard his other songs. The ones like "Just The Way You Are". Not the ones he's featured; like Billionaire and Nothin' On You. I don't know but I think like Nothin' On You, it was great at first... until the rap starts. Maybe that's just me. Even Billionaire, I don't quite like the lyrics but the music's great, until Travis started to rap. haha. Okay I started to like Billionaire when Sam Evans of Glee sang it. He's voice... ugh he's freaking charming. haha.

And I started to like Just The Way You Are when I watch Bruno performed live in SNL. He's good. I like his voice ;)
